1 - Terms Acceptance

Creating an account and using our gaming services indicates full acceptance of these terms and all related policies

Complete terms and conditions;
Privacy policy acknowledgment;
Promotional terms acceptance;
Gaming rules comprehension.

These terms take priority over other documents in case of conflicts. Disagreeing with any provision requires immediate discontinuation of service use.

2 - Player Requirements

All players must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in gaming activities within their jurisdiction. Some regions are excluded from service access due to regulatory restrictions.

3 - Account Rules

Single account policy per person, address, or device - multiple accounts lead to immediate closure and funds forfeiture
Account holders are fully responsible for login security and all activities conducted through their accounts
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to other parties is completely forbidden
Inactive accounts (over 12 months) may incur $10 monthly maintenance charges after notification
Account termination requests must be submitted through customer support with proper identity verification

4 - Voluntary Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent, activated through account dashboard, preventing all access and fund withdrawals during exclusion

5 - Identity Verification & Compliance

Valid government photo identification document;
Current address verification (utility or bank statement) dated within 90 days;
Payment method ownership verification for all deposit/withdrawal methods;
Additional financial documentation for transactions exceeding standard limits.

6 - Financial Operations

9 - Prohibited Conduct & Penalties

Fraudulent activity, promotional abuse, underage participation, money laundering attempts, and automated software usage result in account termination, fund seizure, and regulatory reporting

10 - Company Liability Limits

Our liability is capped at account balance amounts; players acknowledge inherent gaming risks and waive claims for indirect damages

11 - Service Modifications

We maintain the right to modify services, terms, and conditions with advance notice; continued usage constitutes acceptance of changes

12 - Legal Jurisdiction & Disputes
