1 — Your Agreement

Creating an account or using our gaming services means you accept and agree to follow these terms and conditions completely.

1.1 — Documents You Accept

These Terms and Conditions in full;
Our Privacy Policy covering data handling;
Bonus Terms governing all promotional offers;
Specific Game Rules for individual games.

When documents conflict, these Terms take priority over others. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

2 — Who Can Play

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to gamble in your location. Players from restricted countries cannot register accounts. We verify age and jurisdiction during registration and may request additional documentation for confirmation.

3 — Managing Your Account

Only one account per player is permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed with potential fund forfeiture
You must protect your login credentials and immediately report any unauthorized account access
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to other individuals is strictly forbidden
Dormant accounts may incur monthly maintenance charges after 12 months of inactivity
We may close accounts for terms violations or suspicious activity without prior notice

4 — Taking a Break

Players may request self-exclusion for any period from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During exclusion periods, account access is completely blocked and creating new accounts is prohibited.

5 — Identity Verification & Money Laundering Prevention

Government-issued photo identification document;
Current address verification (utility bill or bank statement);
Payment method confirmation (card images or statements);
Source of funds documentation for significant transactions.

Refusing to provide required verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We employ third-party services to authenticate document validity and prevent fraud.

6 — Money Matters

Deposits process instantly while withdrawals require verification and may take up to 5 business days. Account funds represent real money deposits, not credit extensions. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may trigger account closure.

6.1 — Wagering Rules & Withdrawal Policies

All deposits require minimum 1x wagering before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering laws; fees apply for non-compliance
Withdrawal limits depend on player tier: regular players ₹5,00,000 monthly, VIP players ₹25,00,000 monthly
Processing timeframes vary by verification status and payment method; VIP players receive priority processing
Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts completely separate from company operational funds

7 — Bonuses & Special Offers

Casino bonuses require 25x wagering of bonus amount completed within 7 days of activation
Sports bonuses require 5x wagering of bonus amount on minimum odds of 1.50 or higher
Maximum stake with active bonus funds is ₹500 per game round to prevent abuse
Unusual betting patterns or suspected bonus manipulation results in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension

8 — Placing Bets & Results

All wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified. Game results are determined by certified random number generators and official sports outcomes. Settlement follows established game rules and our internal policies.

9 — Forbidden Activities & Consequences

Fraudulent behavior, player collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, and automated betting systems are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination, fund confiscation, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

10 — Our Liability Limits

Our maximum liability is limited to your current account balance. We are not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet connection issues, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11 — Changing These Terms

We may update these terms or discontinue services with appropriate advance notice. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

12 — Legal Framework & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of our licensing jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Licensing Disclosure

We operate under offshore gaming licenses and do not hold licenses in your specific region. You are solely responsible for ensuring online gambling compliance with your local laws before participating.
